జీవో 55కి, జీవో 29కి తేడా ఏంటి ?

జీవో 29 వల్ల ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీ బీసీ బిడ్డలు నష్టపోతున్నది ఏంటి?

గ్రూప్ అభ్యర్థులు ఎలా నష్టపోబోతున్నారు ?

There are 563 posts in Group-1 service in Telangana as notified by the TGPSC.

The notification says for every one post, 50 candidates need to be selected for Main exam(1:50 Ratio)

KCR govt’s GO 55 mandated that at every stage (including preliminary) constitutional quotas need to be followed.

But Revanth Reddy’s GO 29 has done away with this quota thing in preliminary and blindly followed 1:50 to select 28150 candidates. They took 3232 candidates in addition to make up the ‘shortfall’ in some categories. Everything has been a hush-hush affair.

Now the questions here are:
What happens to the topper in SC or OBC or ST or EWS category? Will she/he be considered in Open Competition(OC) or in their reserve category in the preliminary exam?

Have you ensured the category wise candidates’ representation along the lines that is mentioned in the attachment?

If OC is open for everyone, how many reserved candidates are figuring in open quota which should have 10450 candidates ?

Any counter argument to the above principle with a one in million ‘favourable Apex Court judgment’ is nothing but gross miscarriage of justice and violation of constitutional values at every stage. We can show quite a few Apex Court judgments which will talk in favour of social justice in public employment.

When UPSC, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Haryana, Jharkhand Public Service Commissions are following category-wise representation at every stage, what is Telangana’s problem?

Is Revanth Reddy not conspiring to fill all open category posts with rich upper castes?
If not, issue category wise selected candidates numbers for preliminary and also mention what is your open category cut off marks?

If you haven’t done selection on these lines and are not willing to divulge the basic details on cut offs as to how selection is made in preliminary, this will be construed as another BIG JOB SCAM of Congress Govt in Telangana.
