@lunarfq Hi

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

😅spent an hour tweaking a testimonial widget. colors, fonts, borders, shadows. preview looked perfect.
embedded on my site.
everything broke.
css everywhere.

closed the laptop 🤣

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

signed up for a testimonial tool. free plan only lets me collect 3 testimonials. three 😅. am i asking for too much?

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

@RiazBaby done

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

@hrprtsingh9 damn that's brutal but probably true. so solo founders just get squeezed or build their own? feels like a trap.

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

why do most testimonial tools cost $50/mo 😩? i'm a solo founder. i just need a simple form and a small widget. feels like they're built for agencies, not people like me.

@kapilansh_twt I don’t know exactly, but what I do know is that we should adopt early enough to survive

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

@AhmedE61920 GLM 5.1 is a decent choice, i agree

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

i came across Qwen coder and it seems promising as a cheap (almost free with 1k request/day) alternative for Claude, any one tried it?

[Ashraf | Resume Roasts @AshrafSouf]

What's the most overpriced tool you pay for as a founder? for me it's LinkedIn Sales Navigator. #SaaS #founders

Alright, I'm gonna try 3 different tools to collect testimonials over the next week. I'll share what sucks and what doesn't.
