Premade Templates are favorable on both platforms
SEO Optimization is also great when using WordPress but not Dreamweaver. Similarly, they both have Full Web Design Capability.

Difference between WordPress and Dreamweaver:

Dreamweaver is software used to create web pages, while WordPress is a full content management system that can create web pages and manage websites.

Dreamweaver has a visual editor, while WordPress has plugins that do all the work.
