@mentalhealth Hi there! I was wondering about your thoughts on how employers could help keep the stress levels of their employees down as society continues to up the standards of what success is in the working world and how much money you need to make to be deemed successful?
@NIMHgov Hey there, NIMH! I am currently in a university course and am doing research on how schools can help alleviate stress on students caused by the societal pressures about having to take a traditional path to reach what society deems as "successful? Any thoughts? Thanks!

It is hard growing up with the pressures and unattainable expectations of society today. These expectations have led us to feel alone. It also shows that feeling the need to follow the traditional path and be what society deems as success isn't healthy!
This article outline the problem I chose about health in Canada. It outlines long-standing and upcoming major health problems in Canada as well as what I’m Canada is contributing to these health problems being so prevalent. https://t.co/u2SmP7QlMe
@EM203Macleod Will, great concept map! I found that health includes a variety of different sub-sections like emotional health, mental heath, and physical health! I also found that diet is one of the leading issues in physical health in current times!
@EM203Amrit Great concept map! One thing that I found is that people's health can be seriously affected by mentality towards grief or loss, isolation, addiction, and loss of purpose!
So far, this course has taught me how valuable hands-on experience and learning by doing is to be successful and get ahead! This should be implemented in more university classes at Laurier! It would definitely help me going into my future business career! #EM203Robin
@em203Sdeckert This course has shown me how many ways people learn and how we are going to learn in the future. The internet provides us with so much opportunity to learn that has never been available in the past. It is up to us to use it to it's full potential.
@Cora03078983 Hey Cora! Technology is truly where the world is heading, and has massive impacts on how we learn. I think that technology has the possibility to change how so many things work in the future, including our education and how we learn.
@EM203mthompson It is great that this course has given us the chance to learn what type of learner you are. Being able to recognize what type of learner you are will help you in anything you do in school, work and, your own life, and helping others as you know they might learn differently.
@EM203hkokal Hey Hasita! Over the past weeks I have personally done a lot of learning by doing, and I have seen how it can help learning in a variety of different courses. I personally struggle with multi-tasking when I have my phone around me, so I have changed my study habits to help that.
@EM203LBalkovec Hey Luke, I have really enjoyed the opportunity to self-reflect that this course has to offer as it has allowed me to relate my school work to my own life. Learning by doing is a great way to learn in my opinion because it allows me to experience what I am trying to learn.
In the first 3 lessons of EM203, I enjoyed learning about constructivism as it seems like an interesting perspective on having students be involved in their learning, but this class has really opened my eyes to a variety of learning theories in the "digital age" #EM203Robin
