What’s the point of reducing Rail Neer from ₹15 to ₹14 if official @IRCTC vendors are still charging ₹20 from passengers? The intended benefit never reaches the public. Why not simply fix it at ₹20 transparently instead of this gap between policy and practice? @RailMinIndia

This incident must have been recorded on CCTV, if available at the stall. Such behavior not only violates passengers' rights but also tarnishes the image of Indian Railways. I hope for a prompt and just resolution of this matter.

Today at Bandel Jn, the authorised railway stall near coach S4 of my train (PNR 6926144631) demanded extra money for water. When I pointed to the ₹15 MRP, the vendor abused me & snatched my phone as I tried to click the rate chart.RPF helped recover it. @RailwaySeva
