I would like to raise a complaint regarding my Tatkal booking for PNR 6706513514 on Train 13287 South Bihar Express (14July 2026, AC 3 Tier).
At the time of booking, the confirmed berths allotted were B5/41 (LB), B5/42 (MB), and B5/44 (LB). @RailwaySeva

@drmdnr @RailwaySeva @drm_raipur Thank you for the acknowledgment. However, this appears to be a standard response and does not address the actual issue raised. Since the berth allotment was changed after chart preparation, causing inconvenience to passengers including those eligible for lower berths.

@RailwaySeva My concern is not about non-allotment of a lower berth due to unavailability. At the time of Tatkal booking,2 lower berths were already confirmed and allotted to us. However after chart preparation, these confirmed lower berths were changed to different berths. Explain this to me
