प्रार्थी के द्वारा पुलिस से शिकायत किये जाने पर पुलिस ने निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए दोनों पक्षों को यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के लिए कहा लेकिन आज भी दबंग विपक्षी नहीं डालना बंद कर रहे कूड़ा प्रार्थी को यदि प्रार्थी के घर या परिवार का कोई सदस्य संक्रामक रोग से ग्रसित होता है.
