I express dissatisfaction regarding the delay in resolving my service issue (Ticket No: SR0000300W4B) which was raised on [26/02/26]
Despite multiple assurances that a technician would visit within (2 hours) I am still waiting for a resolution.

@IndianOilcl This is the condition of the washroom at one of your fuel station(SM Filling station) at NH-44 near Jhansi. Not doors, no water and unhygienic.

@volkswagenindia shocked to see that in my Virtus co-driver side dashboard airbag edges are lifted up without any external pressure applied. Its extremely disheartening even after purchasing a 5 star rating vehicle such problem is arising.
