My friend (Nikhil) ordered a Sonos speaker worth ₹30,000, and he got a Mi Bluetooth ₹2400 INR speaker in a box of Sonos.

Even after multiple follow-ups and complaints, Flipkart and Flipkart Support do not care to respond to or resolve this.

My friend also recorded a video of the unboxing, which I have attached as proof and some photos.

It is quite sad that even when a customer has proof of a fake or wrong product delivered, they do not care to respond.

I will soon be posting the unboxing video as proof if they do not resolve this.

Also, he has submitted the video proof as well, but there is still no resolution and no refund.

Flipkart should be renamed to Fraudkart.
