These are fraudsters, they are looting money from customer anyhow as they can, either it will be small cart fee or by selling discounted product. At the time pf membership they should mention these clause.

@BergerPaintsInd i got call from berger paints support team, they were sayin that they will review the matter and call me again tomorrow . But since last 15 days, i didnt got any call . This is the kind of service that i already expected i there support team are worst.

@Milkbasketin and even after many request they are neither refunding, small cart fee of last 10 days, nor my membership plan annual fee. Which is ridiculous. As membership plan was sold with pre conditions. Customer should have freedom to chose if u changed conditions.

@BergerPaintsInd I think ur team is in another country, to reach in india it would take months. First set your office in india then do your work in india. And if u dont have better support team then stop xp painting service. You can start later when u have support team to service better

@BergerPaintsInd There is no xp tools are used or may be i misunderstood berger xp painting service. I think its better to give contact to local vendor as company also do the same. In my house the painter who was doing paint is not professional and haven't done training with berger too.
