@GM_NRly @RailMinIndia Train 12229 B1-38, 3 bedding packs had dirty, used sheets with hair, clearly repacked without washing. Possible vendor billing without cleaning, needs vigilance probe, QC is failing, System needs audit. Passengers deserve basic hygiene and strict action.
