Extremely disappointed with your service. My shipment was marked as undelivered with the reason "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address", but the reality is that no delivery attempt was made. Neither did the delivery agent contact me nor visit my address.
@BlueDartCares@BlueDart_ Your customer ratings already reflect the poor experience many customers are facing. I request the Blue Dart team to investigate this matter and ensure proper delivery attempts are made before updating false status remarks.
I’m actually a regular customer who places around 4–5 orders every week from this app, but this experience has completely ruined my trust. After such pathetic handling and careless service, I’m never going to use this application again.@SwiggyCares
Ordered my dinner from @Swiggy around 9:30 PM and waited for more than 1 hour 20 minutes, only for the order to get CANCELLED at 10:50 PM by their “order management team.”
Posting this so people are aware before depending on such irresponsible service. Completely ruined my dinner experience tonight. @Swiggy#PatheticService
Seriously, what kind of pathetic service is this? People order food trusting your platform, especially dinner at late hours, and after making customers wait this long you just cancel the order? Absolutely unacceptable.
And the worst part? There was ZERO proactive communication from Swiggy. No call, no proper update, nothing. I was the one calling everywhere — the delivery partner, support, everyone — just to figure out what was happening with MY order.
The reason given by the delivery partner? Someone else picked up my order before the assigned rider reached the restaurant, and now the restaurant refused to prepare it again. Shockingly, the Swiggy support team themselves had NO clue about the actual reason.
@BlueDartCares@ShiprocketCare This is ridiculous. Since morning my parcel is again marked “Undelivered.” No call, no delivery attempt. You replied saying you’re helping in DM, but no response there either. My package has been in my city for days. Stop false updates & deliver it.

@BlueDartCares This is an extremely disappointing service! My order (AWB: 76851156270) has been in my city for the last 3 days. Yesterday it was marked “Out for Delivery” but the delivery person didn’t contact me even once and simply marked it as undelivered.
