Along with me not using Swiggy Platform, I will also make sure that, none of my friends or colleagues use this, at least not for high AOV items, the incident happened with me is a prime example for not to use.

I will not use swiggy or its any of the service, right from now. Last 5 hours (2.5-3 hrs on call) has been very frustrating. Please block my swiggy hdfc card as well.

As a loyal Swiggy customer, i had always chose Swiggy platform over other, and i understand this not be swiggy’s mistake but rather delivery agent or store’s mistake

The call has been forcefully disconnected even after explicitely denying for it, by agent named Saif claimed to be Sr. Supervisor. I have not received any of the resolution as of now, it has been two hours of order and none at the swiggy helped
Have been on call with 3-4 agents for more than 100 minutes. Still
1. No resolution taken yet
2. None of the agent called and checked with delivery partner or dark store
3. Every agent claim to be supervisor and highest authority

I have been in contact with one of the Swiggy agent on call, have been recording it completely.
1. She is failing to take any action here
2. She is not connecting with sr. executive
3. She is not even taking any action, not even contacted with delivery partner or store

I came in my hometown with an immediate usecase of harddisk to take my dataa. I have a flight to catch.
