As a law-abiding citizen, I trust @HPCL with my family’s safety. But being left stranded by a dead automated loop after 15 calls last night- and getting zero help from the 1906 emergency line (proof attached)-is terrifying. A delivery guy already flagged a " leak" on this cylinder.

With due respect, this is a humble but urgent warning to HPCL management: I demand an immediate inspection. If this negligence continues, I will formally deliver this breakdown of emergency services directly to @MoPNG_India, Minister @HardeepSPuri, and @jagograhakjago. Please act before a tragedy occurs.

वाह! क्या गजब का तरीका है अपनी मांगें मनवाने का। बीमार इंसान तड़पता रहे, किसी को इमरजेंसी में लाइफ-सेविंग ड्रग न मिले, लेकिन साहब की दुकान बंद रहेगी क्योंकि कॉरपोरेट कंपनियों से उनकी लड़ाई चल रही है। जनता की जान तो वैसे भी फ्री की है, है ना?

जरा कड़वे सच और फैक्ट्स भी जान लीजिए:

🎯 भारी-भरकम मार्जिन: भारत में गैर-शेड्यूल्ड (Non-Scheduled) और जेनेरिक दवाइयों पर रिटेलर्स का प्रॉफिट मार्जिन अक्सर 20% से लेकर 100% या उससे भी ज्यादा तक चला जाता है। फिर भी इन्हें कम पड़ रहा है।

🎯 जनता की मजबूरी: बीमार मरीज MRP पर लिखी पूरी कीमत चुकाने को मजबूर होता है। वहां कोई मोल-तोल नहीं चलता।

🎯 ब्लैकमेलिंग की हद: सरकार की नीतियों से दिक्कत है तो सरकार से लड़िए, कोर्ट जाइए। सीधे दुकानें बंद करके मरीजों की जान को बंधक (hostage) बना लेना कहां का न्याय है?

कंज्यूमर का फैसला और हमारी मांग: 🙋‍♂️📢
हम पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन मेडिसिन ऐप्स का समर्थन करते हैं! इसे ही फेयर कंपटीशन (Fair Competition) कहते हैं। अगर ऑनलाइन ऐप्स घर बैठे दवाइयां पहुंचा सकते हैं, बेहतर डिस्काउंट दे सकते हैं, तो आम जनता अपनी जेब क्यों ढीली करे?

मार्केट कैसे चलेगा और हम दवा कहां से खरीदेंगे, यह फैसला कंज्यूमर (उपभोक्ता) करेगा। कोई भी ग्रुप अपने बिजनेस के स्वार्थ के लिए इस तरह 'शटडाउन' करके जनता को मजबूर नहीं कर सकता।

अब वक्त आ गया है कि सरकार दवाइयों के MRP Margins पर बेहद कड़े नियम बनाए और ग्राहकों के चुनने के अधिकार की रक्षा करे। 'नो मोर यूज़लेस रीज़न्स' (No more useless reasons)! दवाइयों की दुकान कोई कपड़ों का शोरूम नहीं है कि जब मन किया शटर गिरा दिया।

स्वास्थ्य कोई धंधा या मज़ाक नहीं है। आज जो भी मरीज परेशान हो रहे हैं, उनकी दुआएं तो बिल्कुल नहीं मिलेंगी आपको! 😡

भूजल की अत्यधिक निकासी, अनियमित मानसून, काली मिट्टी की समस्याएँ और कृषि में अंधाधुंध पानी के उपयोग ने इस संकट को गहरा दिया है। सरकारें योजनाएँ लाती हैं, पर स्थायी समाधान नहीं ढूंढ पातीं.

जल जीवन मिशन और पिछली योजनाएँ कनेक्शन के आँकड़ों में 80-90% सफलता दिखाती हैं, लेकिन हकीकत अलग है - नल सूखे, पाइपलाइन टूटे, स्रोत सूख चुके और रखरखाव की कमी। ठेकेदारी, भ्रष्टाचार और स्रोत पुनर्भरण पर ध्यान न देने से ये योजनाएँ कागजी सफलता बनकर रह जाती हैं.

सबसे अच्छा समाधान — समुदाय-आधारित जल संचयन, वाटरशेड मैनेजमेंट, भूजल रिचार्ज संरचनाएँ और सतत प्रबंधन है, जैसे पानी फाउंडेशन मॉडल.
