#UGC #PMO #eduminofindia #mgcub #educationminister I, student of Mahatma Gandhi Central University.I waited 2 years for my convocation. I got my 5th grade certificate more respectfully then this. They(vc MGCUB) can arrange yoga programmes, offline exams but not the convocation.

The term "convocation" refers specifically to the entirety of the alumni of a college which functions as one of the university's representative bodies.
Does @MGCUBihar is not capable to organize it's FIRST convocation even after 2 years. #HonarableViceChancellorMGCUbihar
