In 2020-21, a 9th-grade student named Anujath Sindhu Vinaylal from Thrissur, Kerala made this painting titled it "My Mother and Mothers in the Neighborhood"

There is a popular story that he did it when his father told him that his mother doesn't work....not sure of this.
Whatever it is, more importantly the picture captures a relentless, often invisible labor that women perform every day - a work that is unpaid.
