I do disagree with outright denial that people have done this before. It is an incredibly imperfect system but it *can* work to a point.

His example is so much worse than anything I remember outside of maybe some poor quality tapes. I don't believe anyone is claiming it was a stable image but something in between.

@v64jr @SilentHillDude1 @LuisBadelMendez @AkanePlushies Tracking wasn't always completely terrible. Though I remember more pausing to use as a reference instead of straight forward tracing. The more annoying limitation was that any VCR I used would pause for only about five minutes and then stop.
