BJP has divided wards in such a way that it becomes almost impossible for them to lose an election.

For example, they have divided one Muslim-dominated area into 4 parts, and each part has been merged with a ward where BJP is already winning by a huge margin.

At the same time, BJP’s stronghold wards have been divided into 2 parts.

So, they have effectively secured 3 seats without doing anything extra.

Newslaundry's analysis has revealed a shocking pattern.

In the Uttarakhand voter list, all 5 individuals who filed the highest number of objections for removing voters' names from 5 assembly seats in the state are associated with the BJP.
Only Muslim voters are being targeted.
Their number of objections ranges from 230 to 4,855. In three constituencies, a single individual filed 49 to 99 percent of the total objections to removal.

This is how contracts are signed by our governments to work against the people. Toll rates will increase in perpetuity, although the cost of the road is fully recovered. This collection is on for 30 years plus. We will be told that collection has to continue for new infrastructure -- we have seen the quality. BLO called for hearing in office on Friday with all documents . Earlier when I had registered callback request on ECINET portal , the request got closed without BLO calling. While ECI is issuing orders from office, on ground situation is very very different.

While my name is deleted , BLO told me to fill form 6. When I mentioned form 6 asks declaration that you have not voted earlier , where as I have voted earlier. He was clueless & asked me to contact ERO in collector office.

Dear @theicai,

Communication with the previous auditor should happen through a dedicated ICAI portal instead of emails or physical post.

The incoming auditor should be able to initiate the NOC/communication request using the previous auditor’s Membership Number. The previous auditor can then respond directly through the ICAI portal, with the entire communication digitally recorded and traceable.

This would make the process faster, transparent and much easier for members, while also reducing unnecessary paperwork.

ICAI should use technology to simplify the auditor-change process.
