Morphware Energy Ecosystem Update

Everything we do right now is about scaling Morphware into a real powerhouse. We are building a business that sells energy and keeps stacking miners at our Paraguay site. Multiple locations filled with hardware, mining Bitcoin at power prices that almost nobody on the planet can compete with.

Because of the ongoing power outage issues in Dubai, we made the decision to move our Hydro miners to Paraguay. Those units will be fully installed and running in Q1. We gave Dubai time to stabilize, but it didn’t work out the way we need it to, and we are not leaving miners sitting idle. Our machines are meant to print BTC.

We are proud to officially announce our partnership with Dahab Miners from the United Arab Emirates. This is not a small collaboration. This is a partnership that works both ways and directly rewards our token holders.

Dahab Miners operate large Bitcoin farms in the UAE, and they are now expanding into Paraguay, with Morphware as their energy and infrastructure partner.

For months we hinted that Morphware is more than AI and more than mining. Today, that becomes official. We are now also an energy company.

🔥 Phase 1:
Dahab Miners will purchase over 11 million dollars worth of energy from Morphware in Paraguay.

We apply a mark-up on our already ultra-competitive energy pricing. Energy reselling is now part of the Morphware business model, and this is just the beginning.

💰 What does this mean for holders?
Our community made our growth possible over the last 13 months. So the profits from this deal will be used to strengthen the token.

We will allocate 100,000 dollars every month to buying NEW miners. More miners means more BTC. More BTC means more buybacks. More buybacks means more value flowing into $XMW. There will be operational costs for this deal to maintain this new revenue stream.

This deal could have been routed into the AI infrastructure profit pool where 25% goes to buybacks…

But @mediumtension decided holders must benefit directly, by transforming this revenue stream into long-term BTC generation.

This is a massive step forward for Morphware. A mining company from the UAE partnering with us and buying energy from us in Paraguay. The higher our energy contract becomes in the coming years, the lower our costs of mining bitcoin.
