@americanaiee Yes I have tweeted here, I have DMd, I am emailing a lot of people as well about how AA doesn’t care unless we customers are shown that you care. From an empathetic doctor who only wants to spread love I have been traumatized to put all this of social media.

@AArvizu13159 Thank you for your reply. Yes 29 hours lost, extreme inconvenience caused , 3 kids traumatized by the experience, 2 month old not feeling well now after this horrible day. Rude staff literally yelling at a mother of 3 in front of the kids.what do you think needs to be done?
