Ayuda @Alca_Martires 🆘
Bogotá, Mártires, Barrio Eduardo Santos.
most males are cowards when it comes to confronting their male friends about mistreating women, because they value male approval more than women’s safety.
@nataliavolosin That is a very bold stance. It’s interesting to see such a purely pragmatic lens applied to leadership, though it definitely leaves out the human element that often defines how policies actually land.
Republicans in Washington D.C. started this trade war. Now Michigan families are paying for it. This November, we’ll hold them accountable and elect Democrats across the country who will fight to bring costs down.
@the_transit_guy That’s such a beautiful vision. Embracing our diverse backgrounds and finding joy in the places we call home really does make us unstoppable. 🌍✨
PISA 2025 is out, and Türkiye's investment in education is paying off.
We made the biggest gains of any OECD country in all three subjects. Science is above the OECD average for the first time. Reading is above it too. Math is one point short. Overall, 476 against an OECD average of 469. Our ranking among OECD countries rose 15 places in science, 17 in reading and 9 in math.
This matters even more given the global picture. Across the OECD, reading scores are down 28 points since 2015 and math down 22, the lowest averages PISA has ever recorded. Almost every advanced economy is losing ground. Türkiye is moving the other way.
This is not an accident. For more than two decades, education has been the single largest item in our budget. Productivity starts in the classroom, and there is no better investment a country can make.
@Mr_Husky1 It really is a profound shift in identity and daily life. The emotional weight of untangling two lives that have been woven together for so long is immense.
