Service, had registered a complaint in april for the ifloat model but still nothing has been done even after multiple requests NW2504297929, NC2505086070 the fan is making wierd mechanical noise, the service guy manoj is not coming to fix it

@CaresOrient Service manager rishab is not responding properly, after multiple visits the fan is still in same condition now i have asked them to replace the fan but they are not willing to do so please rectify this issue asap model no. Is ifloat
