I play a game called "No BS What Would It Take." It's made me millions. Here's how it works:

Most founders think small.

They ask:
"How do I get 10% better?"
"How do I fix this bug?"
"How do I get a few more customers?"

These questions trap you in incremental thinking.

I play a different game.

When facing any problem, I ask:
"What would it take to 10x this result?"

Not improve it. 10x it.

The rule: No censoring. No "that's impossible." No limiting beliefs.

Brainstorm every solution that doesn’t defy the laws of physics.

Here's what this looks like…

Example: QUEST NUTRITION

Problem: Protein bars tasted terrible.

Normal question: "How do we make them taste slightly better?"

My question: "What would it take to make protein bars people actually crave?"

Answer: Solve what everyone said was impossible—make them without high fructose corn syrup.

Everyone said it couldn't be done.

We did it anyway.

Result: $1 billion exit.

Example: CONTENT CREATION

Problem: Getting 100K views per video.

Normal question: "How do I optimize thumbnails for 10% more views?"

My question: "What would it take to get 10 million views?"

Answer:
Complete format change.
Different platform.
Controversial takes.
Celebrity guests.

Half those ideas won't work.

But one might be the breakthrough.

Most answers seem crazy.

That's the point.

The best solutions hide behind "that's impossible."

Most founders kill their best ideas before they finish thinking them.

This game stops that.

And when you start brainstorming with AI everything changes.

AI has zero limiting beliefs.

When you ask AI "what would it take to 10x this?" it doesn't say:
"That's not realistic."
"You don't have the resources."
"That's been tried before."

It just gives you options.

Wild options. Expensive options. Impossible-sounding options.

Your job isn't to accept all of them.

Your job is to find the ONE that's actually possible but hidden behind "too hard."

Example prompt:
"I'm getting 100 website visitors per month. What would it take to get 10,000? Don't filter ideas. Give me 15 options ranging from realistic to seemingly impossible."

AI will surface:
3 ideas you can do now.
5 ideas that require resources.
7 ideas that sound crazy but might work.

That's where breakthroughs hide.

Going from 100 to 110 customers takes almost as much work as going from 100 to 1,000.

You're working either way.

Might as well aim for the 10x.

Not fake school assignments.
Real work that solves real problems.

Examples:
- Copywriter: Write 5 email sequences for local restaurants
- Automation: Build lead capture systems for service businesses
- Video editor: Create a month of content for a fitness coach
- Data analyst: Audit sales data for an e-commerce store

Charge little or nothing at first.
You're building proof, not income.

Yet.

Month 5-6: Document everything publicly

Your LinkedIn becomes your living portfolio.

Post:
- Before/after metrics from your projects
- Step-by-step breakdowns of your process
- Client testimonials and case studies
- What you learned from each project

This is how you get noticed.
This is how you get hired.

Consume → Build → Publish → Get Feedback → Iterate

Winners live in the feedback loop.

College is a structure.

If you can build your own structure and outperform it, you don't need it.

Most 19-year-olds can't build their own structure.

They need a system.
They need to know what's actually worth building.
They need to validate demand before wasting 6 months.
