@EmiratesSupport One of the world’s best & biggest airline, yet @Emirates customer service india hasn’t connected for 3 days. “Modify booking” option in the app is disabled. Asked me to DM under my earlier post , no response for 3 days. This isn’t the service customers expect.

@EmiratesSupport I sent error message via DM & you provided email address. I forwarded my complaint to that email id & cc’d you in DM. Response I received to my email is generic as attached & information seems to go in circles & Emirates think customers will get fed up & leave their complaints.
@EmiratesSupport@emirates Flew COK–DXB EK531 sat mid plane, non veg lunch ran out, only a lousy veg meal left, lot quit lunch. DXB–MAN EK021 “main” breakfast was awful too. No cheese & crackers, Premium price, premium airline, but meal service was a big let down. #Emirates#Fail

@EmiratesSupport when raised complaints in the past, no response from EK. I will file formal complaint again. customer paying a premium price for a premium service from a full service airline, expect quality. While cost cutting should not come at the expense of food quality on long haul flights.
