@SAS SAS - Scandinavian Airlines have the worst customer service. We have been planning our move (with our cat) for months and doing everything we were told to do. Their website says it is no problem to take your pet onboard:

Hey @SAS , my husband and I were removed from Flight SK944 (Mar 22) & SK943 (Mar 27) due to a system error (conf #3FPLWQ). We lost our $400 tickets, were told to rebook for $2300+, missed our trip, hotel, & vacation time. Terrible customer service. We deserve compensation. #EU261

@SAS, your customer service ghosting is really frustrating. We’ve been trying to get through for several days and not even one answer by a real agent. Just automated options and musak. The website chat bot says call. But if no one answers…? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Sad service.

I’m still waiting for my suitcase (Ref # CDGSK36361). It is in Copenhagen and I am in Paris. It is my 30th wedding anniversary and I have nothing to wear. Help! There is no need to look for the suitcase at Charles de Gaulle airport because I can track it in Copenhagen.
