@Malski791 Yes, some users are having issues undelegating via CasperDash. The best workaround is to use the Casper Wallet web interface connected to your Ledger instead—it’s smoother for undelegating. Let us know if you need help switching over.

@EcieJohn You’re right—CasperDash does use private key export/import, but it’s risky and not very user-friendly. The safer alternative is to reconnect your Ledger directly to Casper Wallet by using the Ledger app for Casper. This avoids exposing your private key entirely.

@yvr_investor Exactly. You’ll need to reconnect your Ledger Nano X to the CasperDash app to sync balances and allow the app to read your accounts. Just make sure your Ledger is unlocked and the Casper app is open on the device when you connect. Follow our page for the steps.
