Please try to resolve the issue quickly by following the steps below:

1. Carry out baggage tracing with EgyptAir using our three baggage tag numbers and confirm that the bags are at Cairo Airport.
Open a Delayed Baggage Report/PIR at EgyptAir Baggage/Lost & Found or .

Send an On-Hand Baggage / Reflight Request to Cairo station with our baggage tag number, passport details, PNR and flight details.
Request EgyptAir Cairo to send the bags on the next available EgyptAir flight from

If possible, also confirm how/where the bags will be delivered to us after reaching Benghazi.
Please collect our PIR/Delayed Baggage File Reference Number so that we can track the baggage status later.
