@andymatthews I don’t know about you.. but I/we would love for the architect to be given back more control over there work and be paid accordingly .. perhaps then things will be built with the passion and integrity the tendering and contracts were designed to include ..
@andymatthews Because tendering is a race to the bottom… where the “only” person/company left holding any real responsibility is the contractor .all other “professionals” have professional contract small print wavering any such thing as responsibility .. tendering has lost its legitimacy
