New year, new pinned post!
Hi, I'm still Askren, an illustrator & graphic designer. I create fantasy art for #TTRPG & #DnD content and stream graphics. I stream my work on Twitch too!

STREAMERS NEEDED! I'm in need of of some more Twitch streamers to help me with testing & improving my Twitch-integrated on-screen RPG.
If you like games like Diablo, PoE, and D&D, this is like all of that in one, but easier. It's free, no install needed.
More details below ->
And all I really need is a few more streamers who are interested in helping actively test this. I have a few who've been extremely helpful so far, and I want to expand a bit.
You can reply here, or just join my Discord directly! https://t.co/DFvYitW3j0

This was meant to be a small chat game, but now it's a full on-screen RPG, hand-drawn graphics, full ARPG loot system, 6 classes, 50+ stats, minigames, progression, leveling, boss fights, & more.
And the best part is, it's just a browser source URL in your OBS! That's it.
Viewers in your chat can make characters with one command, and you'll get a full Stream-Avatars-esque waiting screen for them to hang out in, until they go out on an adventure to fight enemies, get loot, level up, and die, each time pushing their progress a bit more. It has full cross-stream compatibility, so any viewer's character will show up in any other stream, and everything they do is saved and available at any time.
And again, all of this just runs right from a simple Browser Source in your OBS, and then a points redeem. Inventory is handled by a Twitch Extension.
I will likely not be streaming much in the next few weeks (I haven't been to begin with, but still) because I have a lot of family visiting. Will try to finish my work projects and game stuff by the time I'm back.
Being an artist is the weirdest path to choose being a streamer in because like, man it's just all you. So either your art has to be good or your personality, otherwise it's just as many hours as you can take of talking to yourself until it gets too awkward and you log off.

It may not be related, but for me it is very tough. I've always been in the situation where the content/streaming I'm working at is like, in a fragile state of "It would be so easy to just stop doing this tomorrow". I got knocked off the tracks of streaming & art stuff recently due to family obligations, and it has been very difficult to find the drive to re-commit to it when just not doing that is so easy.
I think ultimately, that's the issue, for me at least; It's not about having a "spark", it's about forcing yourself to do it even when your brain says "Yeah but...maybe not today...". If everything came naturally all the time, that'd obviously be so much simpler, but it isn't like that.
Are you a streamer of some variety who likes RPGs and fantasy and stuff? Have you ever wanted to let your viewers play a whole-ass game, create and level their own characters, get random loot, fight all kinds of enemies, and more?
Well boy howdy, am I making the thing for you!
Some details to help you decide if this is a fit for your stream:
It's a full-featured semi-idle progression-style RPG game that runs in a browser source. Users can make a character for free in your channel, and go on adventures for free just by spending some channel points. A Twitch-native overlay extension provides access to inventory, stats, and other systems. No microtransactions (though bits-redeems are coming in the future!). No systems, settings, or set-up for you to manage, just use the browser-source URL and that's it! Hand-drawn character and monster art by me! Random loot, unique items, classes, special abilities, boss fights, and so much more on the way!
It's totally free. I just need some streamers who want to give it a try on their stream and provide feedback and viewer input!
I've talked about it on stream, but I don't have enough desk space to have my tablet on my desk full-time, so it's on an Ergotron arm.
But I have to move my keyboard out of the way so I can put my tablet where my keyboard is.
Not sure if this will get in front of people, but if you're a Twitch streamer, and you and your community like RPGs, you might like my little project! StreamAvatars-meets-D&D-meets-PoE, and runs in OBS!
I need more streamers to help test & improve it! So say hi if that's yoU!

As a PoE1 player, PoE2 is kind of funny because like, the whole concept was explained that it was supposed to be a fresh start, less bloat, etc. And they're not even at 1.0 and packing in as much new content as they can. 1.0 at this rate is going to be as bloated as PoE 3.0.
This is the most lukewarm take in the universe, but:
If someone is cold-calling you in DMs to try and get you to "commission" them, they're not an artist, they're a scammer. They're trying to scam you.
