We are very hopeful now that UPSC will not be consulted as stipulated in EA RRs to avoid undue procedural delay and OTR order will be issued in line with ICAR order incl Sr Jr Clause.

@cbic_india ruined the life of your lower grade officers. If same mindset continues how Passport, ports, Railways are handled by pvt player. Same will be happened to this dept. Then EWS officers will know the reality of leaving.
