When you're at your lowest, that's when you're most likely to turn to the Almighty to heal you because no one else can. So be thankful when someone hurts you & shakes you to the core. Cry out to the Almighty sincerely & He will heal you.
Ramadan is for everyone, even for those who have lost their way. It's a beautiful month to find yourself and rediscover the beauty of Islam. May your soul be touched by its beauty.
Compromise where you can. Where you can't, don't Even if everyone is telling you that something wrong is something right. Even if the whole world is telling you to move, it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in the eye, and say 'No, you move.'
"never limit your prayers because you think you're sinful or undeserving. you're not praying because of who you are - you're praying because of who He is & He's the one whose mercy and love for you are endless"
if someone is trying to be there for you. then by all means, let them. it is a blessing to have someone look after you. it is a beautiful thing to have someone who genuinely cares.
I used to think communication was the key until I realized comprehension is. You can communicate all you want with someone but if they don't understand you, its silent chaos.
Isn't it amazing how we're supposed to read the last 2 verses of surah Baqarah every night. No matter what you're going through, Allah keeps reminding us:
لا يُكَلِّفُ اللهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
"Allah doesn't burden a person with something more than he can bear"
Disappointment is not a bad thing. When something we dislike happens, we think it's a mistake. We get upset. We forget that the Almighty is in control. He sees things we don't. The bigger picture will emerge soon and we will thank Him for His Infinite Wisdom.
اكثر تم سے مل کر مجھ کو گھر سا لگتا ہے،
پھر کیوں دل ہی دل میں کوئی ڈر سا لگتا ہے؟
بیتا جو واقعہ سوچوں میں کیوں بھلا؟
بیتی باتوں سے دل کو دکھانا ضروری ہے کیا؟
Drink your coffee, embrace the silence, do not take people seriously, do not take life upon yourself, do not exaggerate your emotions, and do not please anyone against your will.

We come from modest families, old houses, and remote towns with tragic stories. We are not hustling to impress or be in any competition with anyone. We just want to change the storyline and combat the battles our parents never won.
Always be grateful for your guilt, be grateful that you have that little voice in your head reminding you of Allah, reminding you what's good and bad. It can be a battle within your soul but Allah tests those He loves.
