@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia please see the suffering of passengers in the train (07695) without food, untidy compartment and without any fans running. It is more than a travel for many such as marriage. Do understand their feelings and provide good service to your citizens.

Train (07695) passengers were informed tooate about the delay. And after an awful delay and experience the train was completely untidy and no fans are working. People are suffering a lot. @IRCTCofficial. Now as a bonus train is stopped in next station due to engine malfunction.

One of the worst ever travel experience from @IRCTCofficial. Train (07695) supposed to arrive at 09:45 at egmore reached at 15:51 only. When enquired with the railway staffs, the answer was "it is not the train run by me. Go and wait". Such a poor service. Please focus on this.
