4/ Enfin, l’intégration du gestionnaire et de l’exploitant du réseau facilite largement une gestion globale efficace.

3/ L’installation systématique de modules thermiques d’appartement (flat station) optimise la température retour et aide donc à baisser les coûts de fonctionnement.

2/ Des températures basses permettent de mieux diversifier la récupération de chaleur fatale et donc d’accéder à des sources d’énergie plus économiques (ex. Datacenters ou station d’assainissement).
