@muratherdemm Well the TGS at Istanbul airport is the worst I have came across. They try to make your life difficult. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Never had such experience any where else. It’s not only but whole social media is full of such stories. @TurkishAirlines @TK_TR

Speaking to multiple passengers, this is now routine by #TurkishAirline and they harass them. A lot of passengers are now trying to avoid travelling with/through Turkish airline and Istanbul airport. @TurkishAirlines @TK_TR @igairport @muratherdemm @TK_MiddleEast

First they overbook the flights, than TGS and help desk play good cop bad cop. Then they try to sell their business class tickets. If you don’t accept their forced offers then they will do their best to harm you. This has happened to a lot of passengers once I spoke to friends
