@ASOS_HeretoHelp terrible terrible service. Waiting over 650 hours for an earned voucher that was supposed to take 72hrs to fix. So missed getting a shirt I wanted in time for a party. Now wrong t-shirt delivered for 3rd time after time spent explaining to customer service.
@ASOS_HeretoHelp As have I. This is terrible service. I can't get an update and I'm being told the items could arrive up until 10pm. I'm scheduled to go out in a couple of hours. Very dissatisfied with this weekend service

@beckahc11 @ASOS_HeretoHelp ASOS are appalling at the minute, same has happened with me, supposed takes ten days to deliver clothing to within the U.K. from the U.K.?! Work that one out.

On the front of their website if you’ve logged in it still says next day before 23:00 hrs but some where deep in their help page it say before 21:00 .... so more than likely I’m not the only one that this has happened too .... AWFUL... for the online leaders @Asos
@ASOS_HeretoHelp please explain why you aren’t sticking to your 11pm cut off point for next day delivery...?! Your service is awful atm, placed order at 10.34pm last night only for delivery to say Friday, can I get some kind of refund on my premier subscription?!
@ASOS has awful customer service I have emailed twice regarding a problem with an order I placed 25th July I haven’t received the order and I’d like a refund please!! The order was for next day delivery over a week ago, this is terrible service and I won’t be using ASOS again.
