The 5th and final Niyama is Ishvara Pranidhana — Self-Surrender.
Next Saturday's practice will work with poses that allow us to feel the Divine moving in us, around us and through us... the more we can channel the glow of the Divine, the more RADIANT we become!
Our fourth Niyama is Svadhyaya — Self-Study.
Svadhyaya means, literally, “to recollect (to remember, to contemplate, to meditate on) the Self.” It is the effort to know the Self that shines as the innermost core of your being.
The third Niyama is Tapas — Self-Discipline.
Through the ardor of tapas, choose to make healthy changes in your life—but focus on only one or two changes at a time. Take small steps that can be accomplished successfully, and find replacements for habits that are unproductive.
The second Niyama, that we will focus on next Wednesday is Santosha — Contentment.
Do the best you can to Let go of the past. Do not condemn yourself for not being wiser, wealthier, or more successful than you are. Free your mind of expectations.
The first Niyama is Shaucha — Self-Purification. We will focus on this next Tuesday (June 5th) as part of our Summer Radiant Week.
Tuesday's practice is designed to inspire purification & detoxification allowing for what is no longer alive in the system to be released & cleared.
Mark your calendars to Let your RADIANCE out!

The spring equinox represents both a balance in the world with equal hours of daylight and darkness, and the first day of spring creates a sense of renewal. This combination provides us with an opportunity to mirror our Mother Earth and create balance and renewal in our own lives
