Now that Russell has successfully killed the show, can we make a clean breast of it and admit that "I don't want to go," while dramatically effective, was also a colossal dick move and a reflexive attempt to poison the fandom against anyone who wasn't him
It’ll never happen, but it would be amazing if it was an adaptation of the Crush and Lobo mini (a million bonus points if they also found a way to bring in Slobo).
Jason Momoa says he won't do a LOBO movie unless it's R-rated:
"If they want me, I’ll be there. But if I make a solo movie, I'm not doing it unless it's rated R."

After watching the newer “Mare of the Night” movie, I’ve decided to rewatch some Granada Sherlock Holmes and even though I never forget it, it’s always a sight to behold just how perfect Jeremy Brett is as Holmes.
@Babsfavorite God, War Games was just an absolute train wreck, wasn’t it? Everybody criticises it for what it did to Steph, which they should, but that tends to overshadow how everything else was also absolute trash.
@Norahasnoclue@my_that79452 (combined with how making her Robin and later Batgirl was done for really shitty reasons, so I’ve never been able to get on board with her being either). (2/2)
@Norahasnoclue@my_that79452 This is why my ideals for Cass, Steph and Tim are Batgirl, Spoiler and Robin.
Because being Batgirl was huge for Cass, same with being Robin for Tim, and Steph deserves respect under the moniker she made for herself (1/2)
Odd how 'protect the children' never quite seems to stretch to the trans children who are frightened, unsupported and still waiting for one adult to listen.
@therlwrites Pretty sure mine was Poltergeist. I grew up in the 90s, though, so I was already well into horror thanks to Goosebumps (both the books and the show) and Are You Afraid of the Dark?
