@jrockstar115 Actually, I'm quite aware that not all cops are bad, regardless of race. I am, however, speaking of the ones who bend, twist, and break laws the common citizen couldn't dare dream of breaking, all under the guise of "do as we say, not as we do"
What is the purpose of all of these bills and "new laws" if the people who are supposed to be the upholders of the law break them in the name of the law?
My head (and heart) hurts trying to be so understanding...
I wish there were more efforts to really understand why people are angry, scared, upset, etc. I get some people will only see a criminal past, but does this still justify the current deed done? Do people not deserve to stand before a judge in a court of law?
@WayneForLiberty I don't believe in either one right now. Yes, I believe Senator Rand (please correct me if I have this wrong) took a good step in trying to gain some of that support back by writing this new bill, but it's hard to believe he's changed that much in such a short amount of time.
I couldn't be prouder of the Milwaukee Bucks right now. Not just because they are protesting the injustice, but because they are doing it as a united team! That's the only way injustice can be fought...through unity! #DeerNation
@TakeAwayTre_ I stand with you, Mr. White! Please don't think you are alone. Doing what you need to do for your family is always a sign of strength and honor!
@SPBHPrep As a new member to the Friendship family, I feel like I have an important job, to be that cheerleader to both the staff of SPBHPrep, as well as our students. I'm going to check up on everyone, and will be there to keep everyone uplifted and motivated! We will make it!!!
@SPBHPrep In these uncertain times, it's imperative to show our students we are here to help. They need to know we, as teachers and administrators, have their best educational interests at heart, and will fight tooth and nail to help them succeed.
