Twins Safar and Marwa attended the AMAR kindergarten in their camp, and after one week, they already were learning new things. While their dad was concerned about their experience fleeing ISIS harming their development, he saw school beginning to bring them out of their shells.
Khere, a Yazidi IDP, fled from ISIS when they took over the Sinjar area. He now works in his camp as a manager, helping to make life better for other displaced persons like him.
