I couldn't be prouder of the amazing @stjohnambulance volunteers who responded to this incident on Sunday. Working alongside our colleagues from @OFFICIALWMAS the medical team at #SuttonFunRun were able to ensure a family didn't have the worst day of their lives.
Today we have the leadership team from @SJAWMids Ambulance Operations, all deployed on ambulances at the Royal Sutton Fun Run!

subscriptions, outstanding debts.
This is also without the 80% increase in gas and electric bills.
Someone please explain to me how we are supposed to live, because I genuinely can’t see how anyone is supposed to keep on top of payments for anything with expenses like that!
How are we supposed to live? 🧵
The National living wage for anyone 23 or over is £9.50 an hour, based on working 40 hours a week you would take home £1,363 a month.
The average rent price for a 1 bedroom flat/apartment in the West Midlands is £747 per month.
The average utilities (gas/electric/water) bill is £272 a month. The council tax for a band A property is approx £100 a month.
Pay = £1,363 - Rent, CT & Utilities = £244
This doesn’t include food, fuel/transport, car tax/insurance, internet, phone bill, any personal treats.
It's about time this sort of incident got some airtime. If it was a smart motorway, it would be plastered all over the MSM, yet because it's not, nobody bats an eyelid. Why? Because it happened hardshoulder! @BBCNews@SkyNews@DailyMailUK@GBNEWS@itvnews
