1) health
2) enough 💰 to put the bills on autopay a modest vacation every few years
3) job security

(Problematic) Idea (born of real issues): After every advising or office hour mtg there could be a follow-up email w/ a tipping screen - thank your prof w/ a buck or nominate them for a teaching or advising award. At least the barista got a COLA during this administration.

Uni fundraising office said they'd love to help, but their current priority is replacing the decrepit football complex, built all the way back in 2019 when the team had their best season in decades, winning a full 3 games. 🏈 drives enrollment, you know.
