The Lands Committee led by Hon. Halima Billow visit the site set aside by The County Government to serve as a dumpsite for Mandera East Sub County. The Committee was in company of Mr. Moris Amimo, The Lands Physical Planner.

The County Assembly Education Committee led by Hon. Abdi Adan invited the County Bursary Board to shed light on the status of bursary disbursement since the inception of the fund. The CEO of the fund, Mr. Abdullahi Maalim was present to shed light on that matter.

The Committee of Public Service headed by The Chairman Hon. Kullow Alio on an inspection tour of construction projects in Border point One and Kamor enforcement camps by the County Government of Mandera. A report to be tabled by the committee on this matter upon completion.

On Wednesday 7th March 2018 at 9:00 A.M , The County Fiscal strategy paper 2018 was laid on the table of the County Assembly. The Deputy Speaker Hon. Farah Abdi committed the paper to the House Committee on Budget and Appropriation.

The Assembly House Business committee prepared the house regular calendar for second session 2018.
The motion was moved by Hon. Shankaron Ibrahim, The Deputy minority leader on behalf of the Committee. The motion was adopted as it is.
