#RealEstate NYSC Mr governor
@Afrinvest More reasons, every entreprenuer and Nigerians in business today, needs to understand business structures, systems, and how to successfully test a business idea, before full establishment.
Same reasons why many Africans today, fall for scams, pyramid scheme and businesses without strong structure, which is due to,lack of financial education,& understanding of how, these things works.
Too many businesses and investments disappear after one generation because there’s no structure behind the wealth. That’s why Private Investment Trusts matter.
Build with intention. Protect what you’ve built. Create something your family can continue.

The richest man in Africa Dangote might give opportunities to Africans across different countries to own a piece of one of the continent’s biggest industrial projects.
The Dangote Refinery is planning a pan-African IPO, aiming to list across multiple stock exchanges on the continent for the first time
The idea is simple but powerful… allow Africans across different countries to own a piece of one of the continent’s biggest industrial projects.
Top firms like Stanbic IBTC Capital, Vetiva, and FirstCap are already on board to handle the process.
And the scale is massive. The $20 billion refinery already processes 650,000 barrels per day, with plans to reach 1.4 million barrels daily in the future.
@ProfitableMan1 Making it,a good opportunity for the masses in Nigeria to also participate in investing their money, into the Nigeria stock market today. Which will help them, hold assets, diversify in different sectors, real estate, consumer goods, banking sectors,& premium businesses in the market.
@BusinessDayNg Good benefits to all residents in Lagos. But why are other governors, not also investing in the utility sector? We are a modern real estate firm, helping individuals & businesses, build lasting wealth through real estate sales, rentals, crowdfunding,& REITs investing.
Dangote Cement made ₦321 billion profit in 3 months. That is ₦3.6 billion every single day. While you slept last night, Dangote Cement earned ₦148 million per hour.
Revenue hit ₦1.2 trillion in one quarter. They sold 7.5 million tonnes of cement in 90 days. That is 83,000 tonnes every single day leaving their plants across Africa.
This is not just a Nigerian company. Dangote Cement operates in over 10 African countries. Nigeria brought in ₦862 billion in revenue. Pan-Africa brought in ₦370 billion. From Senegal to Ethiopia to Tanzania to Congo. One company is literally pouring the foundation of an entire continent.
Production capacity is now 55 million tonnes a year. Up from 52 million last year. Earnings per share jumped from ₦12.29 to ₦19.14. And in just this one quarter, they repaid ₦468 billion in debt.
Every house being built. Every road being tarred. Every bridge going up. There is a very high chance Dangote Cement is in the mix.
The next time someone tells you there is nothing to invest in on the NGX, show them this.

As predicted, it’s Wednesday and bids have piled up for UBA. There are 91.8 million bids Vs 22.7 million offers this minute. It took only 2 days after the uproar.
A staggering N5.2 billion has been spent buying this stock today alone. These buyers know the market is not an emotional playground!
Got only ₦100,000 or less to invest? Don’t spread it thin across many stocks.
Pick 1–2 strong companies (like Jaiz Bank BUA Foods Nascon etc) and go in properly. At this level, it’s NOT about quick riches.
It’s about:
Learning how the market works
Building discipline
Starting long-term compounding
Adding more money consistently
That ₦100k can grow into something meaningful over time if you stay patient and keep investing Quick profit hunters lose.
Patient builders win.

@ProfitableMan1 An opportunity for Nigerians to leverage better, for income streams, growth, and long term wealth, when you mostly hold shares in profitable Nigeria companies in our stock market today.
MTN Nigeria made ₦355.5 billion profit in just 3 months. That is nearly ₦4 billion every single day. ₦165 million every hour.
Revenue grew 42% to ₦1.5 trillion. Data alone brought in ₦826 billion. Voice brought ₦451 billion. The company most Nigerians think of as a call network now makes almost twice as much money from data as it does from voice.
One year ago MTN Nigeria had negative equity of minus ₦324 billion. Today it sits at positive ₦904 billion. That is a ₦1.2 trillion swing in 12 months.
Earnings per share went from ₦6.37 to ₦16.95. Share price moved from ₦511 to ₦760. Market cap is now ₦15.96 trillion.
Every time you buy a data bundle, you are funding one of the most profitable companies in Africa. The question is whether you are also owning a piece of it.
@TeriGRealtor Sometimes, building a community or network of your own,as a real estate business or professional, can be very confusing at times, and difficult. But,it's possible when done, strategically, consistently and while adding value,to that community.
