1. Establish more mobile & seasonal schools.
2. Ensure digital learning platforms in local languages.
3. Recruit & train dedicated Tribal-area teachers.
4. Introduce skill-based vocational programs.

This decision reflects a futuristic vision for Atmanirbhar Bharat in critical minerals. Recycling battery waste and e-waste is not only an environmental necessity but also a strategic step for energy security and green growth.

By encouraging modern recycling units, promoting circular economy models, and creating 70,000+ jobs, this scheme will reduce dependence on imports, strengthen domestic manufacturing, and support India’s clean energy transition.

For greater impact, industry–academia partnerships, skill development programs, and MSME participation in recycling chains should also be encouraged. This will ensure that India not only meets its mineral demand sustainably but also becomes a global leader in critical mineral management.
