@SassyShernii Thats how nature asks us to allign. Look at sea, how majestic it looks on a full moon; with those high tides, in its full glory. As if it just waited for this right moment, with the right one after a fortnight!!

Trust me saying this since I have delivered hundreds of patients who have conceived by ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNIQUES (ART) in which IVF/ ICSI are a part of.
It’s very easy to give advice on egg freezing when you have crores in the bank.
IVF costs lakhs per cycle. Egg freezing costs lakhs upfront plus annual storage charges.
Most young women listening to you can’t afford even one attempt.
I deliver these babies.
I also see the couples crying through failed cycles - the injections, the disappointments, the mounting bills, the PTSD that lingers, mostly for ever.
Biology doesn’t care about your career timeline.
Fertility peaks in your twenties, declines in your thirties, drops sharply after 35. Freezing eggs isn’t a guarantee. It’s a gamble with modest success rates.
By all means, build your career.
But don’t sell young women the fantasy that technology is a safety net.
For most, it’s a last resort they’ll pay for with their savings, their mental health, and often their dreams of parenthood.
Privilege is thinking IVF is a backup plan.
Reality is watching patients break down recounting the trauma of going through it.
Do not be so insensitive, bordering on cruelty.
Yesterday I met an old man, who came alone for consultation. During his younger days, he had been a banker. A lifetime of attention to detail , showed in the way he dressed and spoke.
I asked about his routine medication. He rattled them off, like a brilliant second year MBBS student in pharmacology viva. I was impressed - but he had forgotten one drug. That bothered him a lot.
He said, “Doc, my vision isn’t what it used to be. Sometimes, when the pharmacist gives me a new brand of the medicine, I can’t even read them properly”
He continued, “Now I wonder how the blind people will manage. Just like I notice the lack of wheelchair ramp, only when I got older. We are all blind to other people’s issues, until we ourselves face them. Shouldn’t the government make Braille lettering on drug boxes mandatory ? After all, how much would it cost ?”
I said, “Sir, you know more about numbers than I do ...but I admit, I have never thought of this issue. Like you said, I have been blind to their blindness”
@autopsy_surgeon@visrane Your Apology, your expression, your emotions are valuable 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Insulting a doctor at work who is CMO is Valueless...did you ever tried to insult an advocate🤔🤔 try once, you wil get good result...awaiting for next video of yours vs advocates🙏🙏
In India, doctor bashing is a political sport because doctors are considered "rich looters" since the public feel that increasing general consultation fees by 100 rupees is catastrophic...
...when this so-called health minister arrived in a ₹10000000 Range Rover along with the media to fire the CMO of a public hospital...
...all because the senior doctor who I was told is a gentleman and highly efficient, asked a patient to get a vitamin B12 injection from the outpatient day care service and not emergency services because a vitamin B12 injection was never an emergency.
If there is a species that can be considered scum of the universe, it's politicians of India who dehumanise doctors in front of the public for optics. And the joke is on us because we elect these buffoons to serve us.
@DrPramodPSawant Can you ensure, that minister of yours apologizes in public, like the way he was trying to proove he's something in front of cameras that day. Also where he is open to questions about his work and services extended for public.
In India, #Suicide is the leading cause of death in 15–29-year age group, exceeding road traffic accidents in men & maternal mortality in women. But suicide is PREVENTABLE. You may call #14416🎗 24×7 helpline number for any mental health issues.

So someone can educate me but I feel Indian Youth are very less ambitious, conservative and scared of boomers, I mean if you meet any American they would be a plumber, driver and then become a doctor, date at 40, find their love. In India, you don’t achieve by 30, you are over.
@Gastronaut___ Dark chocolates and black coffee can help more than enough, just a personal experience. Dark chocolates take few days to show their effect (pure Dark 99%),make you feel a bit happy. Black coffee works great for keeping awake and active.
I know some people like this as well.
Hard work is a poor substitute for genius.
If you are intelligent, you are much more likely to beat somebody who just works hard.
The hard work beats intelligence is basically the world's commonest coping strategy.
