As we wind down the school year, we also celebrate the career of a wonderful lifelong educator. DiLynn Phelps will leave her post as MCS' Asst. Supt. and Dir. of HR. She's spent 44 yrs in education, the last 22 at MCS. Happy retirement, DiLynn!
