@EuropcarUK We got a flat tyre at around 8pm. 1st we were told assistance would arrive at 10:30pm, then 11:30pm. Now they’re telling us 12:20am.
It’s 11:44pm. We haven’t had dinner, we have two children with us, and we’re stranded on a dark road.
But hey, we mustn’t get nervous.
