@LtGovDelhi Sir, in your own office Grade-1 of 2005 batch are still Grade-1 with no hope of future. Grade-1 working as Ad-hoc DANICS are still working as Ad-hoc from 2001 despite guidelines of DoPT. No regular transfer posting despite directions of CVC.Many at sensitive posts from 5 year.
