About 400 plant species composed the flora of NPA Tampolo. There are botanical parks such as the palmatum of 1 150 m2, which were set up to underline this floristic richnes.

The protected area of Tampolo is constituted by four types of forests :
◾️the temporarily flooded forest,
◾️the littoral forest,
◾️the enriched forest,
◾️and the swampy forest.
