An invited competition entry to reimagine a plot at one of the UK’s key innovation aerospace business / technology parks: AST* were asked to imagine “What if….industrial space in the UK was only funded by zero/low carbon equity/investments?

AST* led the phase 2 planning submission from 2017 successfully gaining consent for a further 350 apartments in 2019 – now on site.

The viaduct will become a landmark destination deliver 650 homes + a number of new food and leisure units in the renovated arches, creating a unique covered space (the “stitch”) between the two spurs of the viaduct.
